ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Responsible for human resources service including recruitment activities and selection;
- Preparing new staff orientation, staff record creation & maintenance;
- Assist to organize company functions, staff activities and training;
- To manage all aspects of office administration;
- Reporting to HR & Admin Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Degree or above preferably in Human Resources or related discipline;
- At least 3 years hand-on experience in HR and office administration;
- Mature, willing to take initiatives and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Well-versed in HK and China Employment Ordinance and regulatory requirements;
- Excellent English & Chinese written and spoken (Cantonese & Mandarin) skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office application.
