Responsibilities :
The candidate shall provides support to full HR related duties and responsibilities in order to achieve HR objectives in recruitment, selection, retention, employee welfare, training, compensation and benefits as well as other HR related matters.
Requirements :
- A recognised Diploma or professional qualifications
- Preferably 1 - 2 years' experience in the banking and financial or services industry
- Must be independent, resourceful, meticulous, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Highly committed and able to cope with tight deadlines in a fast moving environment
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
