Job Responsibilities
- To be a member of helpdesk team and perform User/Equipment/System administration
- To provide IT support and to ensure IT system stability/availability
- To provide IT training to end users when required
- To follow and implement the Corporate Information Security policy
- To ensure company standard and code of practice are being respected
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Travel/support to other branch office may required
Job Requirements
- Certificate / University in Information Technology or equivalent
- Good knowledge in IT system/ Laptop/ Terminal administration
- Troubleshooting hardware & software
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Scripting / programming background will be a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
