Grill Room Manager

Responsibilities :
  • Report directly to F&B Service Manager

  • Lead the team to achieve monthly sales budget

  • Develop the team on F&B knowledge and fine dining service

  • Provide the highest service standard for the members and guests

  • Assist in marketing and promotions of the restaurant

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operation


Requirements :
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in fine dining restaurant in hotels or clubs in same position or Assistant Manager level

  • Comprehensive knowledge in F&B operation and food safety

  • Energetic, proactive and flexible personality

  • Hands-on experience of MS Office applications

  • Strong organizational and leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent command in spoken English is a must

  • Wine Knowledge is required
