Our client is a leading provider of integrated facilities management, property management, operation and maintenance company located in the western part of Singapore.
1) Position : Technical Officer
Responsibilities :
- Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for all facilities management activities
- Responsible for leading a team of Technicians in controlling and implementing operations
- Closely monitor facilities projects to ensure on time deliveries
- Knowledge and hands-on skills in maintenance of Air-con is an advantage
Requirements :
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services
- Preferably candidates with experience in Facilities and Management
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
- Those with FSM Certification would be an advantage
2) Position : Technician
Responsibilities :
- To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV and general Building Services.
Requirements :
- NTC2 qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV, Building Services
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
