JOB DESCRIPTION AND ROLE SUMMARY
We are currently seeking Senior Project Managers, Project Directors and MEP Project Managers for our prestigious hotel projects in India.
The key duties of these posts are as follows:
- Programming and Scheduling
- Cost Planning and Budgeting
- Project Documentation
- Tender Production and Reporting
- Procurement and Sourcing Activities
- Control, management and monitoring of contractors and suppliers
- General Project Support
- Management of junior team members
KEY SKILLS
We are looking for candidates with the following Skills/Experience:
- Industry experience in one of the following: Design, Quantity Surveying, Building, fit out, Architecture or MEP.
- Ideally experience of working on hotel or retail projects
- At least 8 years Project Management experience for Project Manager positions with more required for Senior Project Manager and Project Director positions.
- Tertiary education in a relevant field (preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience of working in India (preferred)
