- Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' hands on experience in computer support,
- PC LAN Support and Windows 2000/XP system administration
- Good knowledge in LAN/WAN technology and networking device
- Knowledge in supporting Lotus Client is an advantage, but not a MUST
- Holder of MCSE/MCSA is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for the client's daily use of PC
