The Job
- Assist the Product Manager to deliver projects successfully to meet the objectives
- Provide support to Product Manager on researching and evaluating new services and technologies
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time service delivery in compliance with the Company’s standard
- Prepare product specification, presentation materials, working instruction, procedure, scope of work documents
- Provide product support to sales and consultants
The Person
- Degree holder in Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ technology development experience in Telecoms or IT industries
- Sound knowledge in Broadband data network, VPN, IP Telephony, Internet Security
- Certified qualification of MCSE/MCSA, CCNP and CISSP are preferable
- Good project management, presentation and analytical skills
- Strong initiative, customer-oriented and able to meet tight schedule
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin preferred
