Requirements:
- Recognized Degree holder with at least 16 years of experience in IT;
- At least 6 years experience in providing advice and consultation in IT areas such as data analysis and modeling, network, methodologies, quality assurance and audit, security, disaster recovery planning; or design and implement quality procedures and processes for an organization including workflow and document management;
- Experience in implementing IT application systems according to Government Backbone Network (GNET); e-Government Infrastructure Service (EGIS); Interoperability Framework (IF); and Form-based Architecture Model for e-Government (FAME)
- Experience in cross-platform data conversion
- Experience in web-based, component-based or Service Oriented Architecture; and public key infrastructure.
- Possess Procurement / Inventory system domain is required;
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills;
- Good command of English and Cantonese;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
