Support Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite commissioning and troubleshooting for our security products.

  • Provides technical support to users, perform routine checks, trouble shooting and repair services.

  • Maintains and updates documentation pertaining to repair and technical support services.

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.

  • Knowledge in computer hardware and software applications.

  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP , router configuration and port forwarding.

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical circuitary for integration purpose

  • Valid Singapore Driving Licence
