Responsibilities:
Perform onsite commissioning and troubleshooting for our security products.
Provides technical support to users, perform routine checks, trouble shooting and repair services.
Maintains and updates documentation pertaining to repair and technical support services.
Requirements:
ITE/Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.
Knowledge in computer hardware and software applications.
In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP , router configuration and port forwarding.
In-depth knowledge of electrical circuitary for integration purpose
Valid Singapore Driving Licence
