Global Director, Lean Enterprises
Summary of Position:
Responsible for teaching, facilitation and mentoring multiple functions (Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, IT and so on) in Asia Pacific region to implement the tools and concepts of lean to drive Safety/Quality/Delivery/Cost/Capital Turns and ultimately customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
·Working with all levels/ functions of the organization to drive the culture change according to Lean Strategy or plan.
·Responsible for develop and implement all relevant lean techniques, install training and monitoring, set and achieve cost savings targets, eliminate waste.
·Responsible for facilitating the local management with picking the Value Streams most critical to the customer and the business based on Voice of the Customer and Strategy Deployment.
·Ensuring that local management sustains the gains from the lean improvement activities.
·Work with Global Business Units, Lean Enterprises to develop training materials and new tools to facilitate the implantation of Lean.
Requirements:
·University degree or above.
·Thorough knowledge of Lean concepts and experience with Lean Implementation.
·Value Stream Mapping & Process Mapping proficiency
·Certified in multiple Lean tools.
·Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
·Good commend in English and Mandarin
·Able to travel to various locations in Asia Pacific.
