Regional Sales Manager, T&D Services

Description

  • Identify service opportunities in the region to grow the business
  • Visiting Customers Proactively & identify new opportunities to increase the market share
  • Set up tools and processes to manage the Service Sales force efficiency and Top Line growth
  • Develop marketing tools and kit adapted to the region as per markets specificity, with the support of the Central Service and sales force team
  • Implement and ensure timely and quality reporting of Sales Force KPI. Influencing the functional sales force team achieve the Top Lines and associated gross margins of the Unit and Region
  • Prepare Market assessment and deploy commercial strategy based on key Service levers (Segments, Offering, Installed Base, Geography)
  • Organize Sales Force training and implement operational sales processes
  • Implement and ensure timely and quality reporting of Sales Force KPI.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in T&D services market is desirable
  • Good contact with customers and team work capability, good analysis and synthesis skill, ability to communicate.
  • Good business understanding of Energy, T&D, Complex structures/organization in an international environment.
  • Demonstrate Entrepreneurial and sales skills.
