HR EXECUTIVE (TRAINING)

Responsibilities :

You will be involved in development, coordination and delivery of the Company’s training activities. This will include:

* Administer Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and formulate the company’s Total Learning Plan (TLP)

* Design and develop the training curriculum in accordance to WSQ standards, such as on-the-job training programmes (OJT)

* Conduct stand-up training and evaluate and review the effectiveness of the training programmes

* Evaluate external training partners to develop customised training programmes

* Liaise with government agencies (e.g. SDF & SRP) on training grants


Requirements :

* Degree from recognised institutions. Those with Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) will have an added advantage

* Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting stand-up training, training administration and preferably from the retail industry

* Must be familiar with the current government training initiatives and grants

* Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin

* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

* Analytical, resourceful, organised and meticulous

* Possess a positive and service oriented mindset

* Able to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and independently
