Field Engineer

Role:

This position will act as first tier engineer performing monitoring tools, escalation, handle troubleshooting, helpdesk support and on-site field support. This position would be exposed in setting-up servers, project implementation, performing backup of system.

Requirements:

- Must have knowledge of different operating systems, Windows, Apple, Linux, etc.

- Must be able to perform standby duty on weekend

- Must be able to communicate well with customers in English

- With basic knowledge to handle Network Troubleshooting skill

- With basic knowledge to handle System Troubleshooting skill

- With own transportation will be advantage

- With good understanding in Web Technology

- With experience in Basic Web application / design / testing and troubleshooting

- With proficient in Simple HTML, PHP, Java Scripting

- Customer service oriented will be an added advantage

Locations:

Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, Mid Valley City.

Qualification:

- GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ level, Dip in IT, Fresh graduate or IT equivalent

- Salary Range : RM2000 – 3000/month

- Fixed standby allowance : RM300/month

- Fixed transportation allowance : RM300/month (only applicable if using own vehicle)
