Responsibilities
• Systems administration on Windows Server2003 & Active Directory
• Administration and Maintanance on Exchange 2007
• Hardware/Software installation and Troubleshooting on Windows Server and Client system
• Install and maintain PC hardware, software, anti-virus and patch updates
• Enterprise-level management, support and deployment of local and remote systems
• Local and Remote End-user Desktop support
• Network performance monitoring and troubleshoot network problems
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation and reporting
• Liaise with vendors with regards to purchase of new equipment and maintenance of existing equipments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a Global support organization
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Occasional travel may be required
