MANAGER, FINANCE

Position Summary:

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the finance & accounting functions and be responsible for ensuring that appropriate processes and controls are in place. A key aspect of the role will be the integration of the finance function into the operations to enable true business partner support as well as ensuring that there is a robust planning and forecasting process. You will work closely with the Senior Management on strategy and will add value to the sharp end of the decision making process.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of financial accounting, providing strategic financial direction to management
Manage operating cash flow, including budget forecasting and planning
Handling Company's payroll (for around 40 staff)
Manage the company's accounts payable and maintain accounts receivable
Ensure the proper and timely reporting of monthly management accounts
Work with the respective business heads to ensure product profitability
Work with the Sales Director to set and evaluate revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators
Streamline the accounts reporting process and structure across the company's regional offices
Daily cash management with a view of our forex exposures and funding needs
Managing all financial control and reporting requirements of the business
Generating creative and innovative ideas and solutions to business problems and issues using a professional and flexible approach.
Ensure cash collection targets are met

Requirements:
A qualified Accountant or degree/diploma holder with 3-5 years post qualified experience in financial services
Excellent accounting skills across reporting and compliance, management accounting, planning and forecasting
Previous experience in handling payroll will be preferred
Stable, mature professional who has experience in management so as to effectively develop the finance and accounting team.
Proven experience in the area of business support
Confident and credible, displaying excellent interpersonal skills
Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications
Forward looking with ability to review financial matters from a strategic perspective
