IT Manager / Project Manager
Role

Involve in strategic plans and setting overall direction for the IT development to support the hospital business plan
Prepare annual capital and operating budgets for the IT Infrastructure to ensure cost-effectiveness in systems and network services.
Research and explore new technologies
Lead teams in the building of the IT infrastructure for the hospital.
Manage vendors to ensure effective and efficient allocation of resources that are aligned with our strategic IT and business plans.


Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in technical consultancy, systems support or project management.
At least 2 years’ experience in leading technical support team preferably in managing large scale data processing environments.
Strong knowledge in enterprise network, VoIP, hardware & systems software, clustering solutions, enterprise SAN, server and storage virtualization technologies, Active Directory and RDBMS.
Good written and verbal communication skills and able to lead a team of at least 3 to 5 staff
Proven track record in 3 large scale IT implementation projects
Trained and certified in ITIL
