Senior Sales Manager - IT MNC

Responsibilities:

1. Selling Enterprise-Class Managed Solutions to World-Class Organizations; Meet Key Performance Indicators.
2. Accountable for the full sales cycle, customer-facing activities, through building of strong sales pipelines;
3. Qualify new prospects, gather requirement specifications, utilize suite of solutions and methodologies to quote, propose, negotiate and close the sales;
4. Excellent account management of customers, establishing excellent relationship and creating the highway to up-sell and cross-sell for more new businesses;
5. Participate actively in sales calls and bid reviews, demonstrating excellent sales and closing skills
6. Maintain an accurate database for prospects and existing customers using the CRM systems;
7. Manage customer relationships and work with all levels within the customer organization;
8. Proactively establish new contacts and develop/maintain senior-level relationships;
9. Conduct great sales presentation and apply return on investment and total cost of ownership analysis to sales situations;
10. Interact with US and team on global accounts;
11. Manage product and services offering for Asia Pacific which include Colocations services, Managed Hosting, Virtual Intelligent hosting, Utility Hosting, Utility Storage, Back up services, Security Services, Professional Services and Network Services.
12. Participate in strategic sales planning.
13. Mentor to new sales executives in the Asia Pacific region.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, with domain knowledge in Managed Hosting, Telecommunications and Systems Outsourcing;

2. Minimum 8 years progressive experience in sales and sales management;
3. In-depth knowledge of offerings, products and services;
4. Familiar with technical areas such as networking, hardware infrastructure, virtualization, facility (data centre) infrastructure, disaster recovery and business continuity plan;
5. Sales driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced industry;
6. Strong existing Customer relationships and good interpersonal skills;
7. Problem analysis and solving skills, good sales negotiation skills, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence;
8. Good presentation skills and able to articulate and interact well with clients at senior management levels;
