Infocomm System Specialist

Job Scope:

Performs network, system, server and desktop administration in the Asian region.
Perform helpdesk duties.
Explores new technologies to improve business process/ operation.
Manage the PBX systems in the Asian region.
Ensure system availability based on corporate standard.
Handles administrative work under his/ her area of responsibility.
Traveling in the region is required.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in IT industry.
Hands-on experience in Cisco networking devices is essential.
Certification such as CCNA or MCSE is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in Siemens PBX system will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be a team player.
