EPM Administrator (Serangoon North)
Responsibilities:

Enterprise Project Management Administration
Mapping the organisation’s EPM deployment business rules to Microsoft Project Server environment
Documenting the EPM deployment business rules and the corresponding setup in EPM
Maintenance of Microsoft Project Server EPM web application
Creation of various Enterprise custom fields and templates to support project planning, resource allocation, reporting and graphical charts
Prepare and perform training for 3 user groups: Plan Owners, Resource Managers and Team Members
Executing Change Management for the deployment of EPM
Provide technical helpdesk support to users during the EPM deployment phase
Undertake any other Program Management Office tasks when directed

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Infocom / IT / Engineering / Computer Science or its equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in IT Administration with administrating web applications on Sharepoint
Good command of English for creating documentation for an international user base
Experienced in using Microsoft Project Professional 2003 / 2007
Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel required
Ability to create Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project Professional macros using Visual Basic
Previous experience in deploying EPM using Microsoft Project Server 2003 / 2007 deployment is an advantage
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Fast and independent with strong organizational / leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude and outgoing personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
Able to start work immediately or in short notice
Singaporean and Singapore PR
