Mac Trainer

Responsibilities
To train new/existing staff on Apple products and services
To conduct training for external customers on Apple products and services
Design, develop and execute training program, materials and all training related administrative tasks and logistics
Lead in projects relating to the introduction of new learning solutions
Participate in all learning and development initiatives
Handle scheduling of training classes and enrolment
Proven track record in the training field and well-versed in any of the following areas: customer service training; professional sales training; management development training

Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies or equivalent
Good knowledge in using Apple products and technology
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related fie
Possess a strong business acumen with excellent presentation and communication skills;
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Task and result-oriented with good time management skills
Independent, resourceful, self-motivated with a hands-on approach attitude
With trainer certified instructor will be an added advantage
Willing to work retail hours and public holidays
