We are a well-established US garment buying office and now seeking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to fill up the following position:

System Support Technician

• Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification
• Holder of MCSE or CCNA is preferred
• 1 year experience in technical support
• Experience in Novell, XP, Window Servers, Linux, Unix are preferred
• Provides helpdesk support & solution to end users on all IT aspects including hardware, software, and network
• Hardworking and self-initiative
• Good problem solving and communications skills
