Project Assistant

GSL Solutions owns a loyalty rewards program in Australia. The Director has recently moved to Singapore and is looking for a smart, responsible, tech savvy assistant to work in the business.

The business is in early expansion phase therefore the role combines customer service; help desk support and facilitating project roll-outs.

Project Assistant / Client Support


Responsibilities
  • Responsible for execution of support tasks for Internet based loyalty rewards program.
  • Resolution of client and customer issues , to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Director in all areas of the business.
  • Basic IT support
  • Liaise with new and potential clients on a daily basis.

Requirements
  • Fluent in spoken / written English
  • Great personality
  • Diploma or Tertiary Degree qualified
  • Good at problem solving
  • More than 1 year experience in a customer service role or dealing with customers
  • Able to work independently
  • Full time position
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends and / or receive support calls / emails during this time (hours to be discussed with the right applicant)
  • Excellent general computer skills
