GSL Solutions owns a loyalty rewards program in Australia. The Director has recently moved to Singapore and is looking for a smart, responsible, tech savvy assistant to work in the business.
The business is in early expansion phase therefore the role combines customer service; help desk support and facilitating project roll-outs.

Project Assistant / Client Support
Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution of support tasks for Internet based loyalty rewards program.
- Resolution of client and customer issues , to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Director in all areas of the business.
- Basic IT support
- Liaise with new and potential clients on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken / written English
- Great personality
- Diploma or Tertiary Degree qualified
- Good at problem solving
- More than 1 year experience in a customer service role or dealing with customers
- Able to work independently
- Full time position
- Be available to work evenings and weekends and / or receive support calls / emails during this time (hours to be discussed with the right applicant)
- Excellent general computer skills
