Data Analyst, CNET Direct

Reporting to the Systems Analyst, the successful candidate is expected to support the business unit in areas of standardization and enriching the quality of data. This covers data analysis through to the development of data cleansing plans, data upload, data coding, data standardization, data enrichment with the use of existing application functionality and tools.

Main Task and Responsibility :

  • Import new data to the local Telemarketing databases
  • Maintain and update the infrastructure of the database
  • Create and maintain upload routines
  • Code and standardize data
  • Involve in data enrichment projects
  • Execute data cleansing exercises

Requirement :

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Computing or its equivalent
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Access. Experience using other database tools is a plus
  • Knowledge in SQL preferred
  • Understand direct marketing tactics
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Capable of successfully supporting multiple projects concurrently
  • Willingness to learn, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
