QAD CONSULTANT (FREELANCE)

BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for the organization’s ERP System, QAD.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customize, develop, implement and maintain current ERP application in meeting Company’s requirements.
2. Establish operational flow and systems procedures, monitor interim changes, implement adjustment, and update user/technical documentation and status in relation to customized development in QAD.
3. Review and liaise with external vendor on QAD technical support and services.
4. Plan and manage projects on QAD reporting with various departments.
   
   
5. Develop, document flowchart and procedures in relation to various Accounting and Operation processes through QAD.
6. Implement policies and procedures and establish educational/training programs for QAD users.
7. Ongoing support to QAD users and identify potential improvement opportunities.
8. Support product hierarchy structure in QAD.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in a progressive MNC.
2. Diploma in Computer Studies or Computer Technology with a minimum of 5 years’ of relevant working experience.
