Project Sales Manager

Responsibilities

· Obtain new sales / projects.

· Receive and prepare contract correspondences from/to clients and contractors.

· Responsible for project proposals, i.e. costing, procurement, equipment selection.

· Manage and lead project sales and associated profit/loss.

· Manage all project contractual terms and conditions.

· Control procurement for projects.

· Recruit, supervise and manage subcontrators.

· Develop and maintain detailed project programmes.

· Overall project management, i.e. maintain work schedule, planning, inspections, testing and commissioning.

· Manage OHS programme and reporting.

· Inspection of site installation and attend site meetings.

· Ensure projects run efficiently and effectively.

· Reporting progress against programme and budget.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Building, Mechanical, Electronic & Eletrical Engineering or its equivalent.

· Possess Quantity Surveying experience.

· Able to communicate effectively with consultants, clients on engineering and contractual matters.

· Must be committed to quality, schedule, cost control and achieve customer satisfaction.

· Good customer relationship management is essential.

· Proficient in English and Chinese language is a MUST.
