Our client, a government link company is recruiting professionals with qualifications and experience in Environmental Control.

Environmental Control Officer

Job Description:

• Established the Environmental Control Programme, procedure and perform scheduled review and update to ensure the compliance with the Environmental Public Health Act, 2002 and all its subsidiary regulations
• Liaise with all System Wide Contractor(SWC), Civil Wide Contractor(CWC) and National Environmental Agency for all Environmental matters and compliance with Environmental Pollution Control Act, 2002, Environmental Pollution Control Act, 2002, Environmental Public Health Order, 2002 and all subsidiary regulations.
• Environmental Health Inspection with LTA Planned General Inspection (PGI) at all works areas.
• Act as the adviser to the project's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) committee at consortium and group level on environmental matters
• Manage, schedule and supervise the works of the external pest control operators

Requirements:

• Singaporeans or PRs only
• Successfully completed a training course for Environmental Control Officers conducted by the Ministry of the Environment and with a degree from an approved institution OR a professional diploma
• 1 year working experience in Environmental Engineering, pest control, estate management, environmental health;
• Minimally a technician diploma and 2 years working experience in Environmental Engineering, pest control, estate management, environmental health
