Main Responsibilities
- Routine maintenance on Self-Service Banking Terminals. i.e. cleaning, adjusting components, Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Break and Fix Assignments (replacing keyboards, printers, monitors, hand-held scanners, modules, motors)
- Project work and other jobs according to statements of work.
- Work in accordance to customer’s policies, processes and procedures on machine maintenance and customer interaction.
- Ensure Kiosk or Equipment is fully operational and securely locked.
- Ensure staff productivity measures are achieved.
- Required to work on rotating shifts.
- Retrieval of documents retained at Self-Service Banking Terminal.
- Work together with Call Center Staff via PDA to recover machines.
- Work together with Security Escort Officer on a buddy basis.
Essential Requirements
- Possess ITE Certificate or Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering
- Experience in repairing or servicing of PCs or electrical/electronic/mechanical components (i.e. printers)
- Good troubleshooting & problem solving skills.
- High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude.
- Clear verbal and written communication essential.
- Ability to pick up new skills fast
- Independent worker and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work with MS Windows Operating System and MS office applications.
- Works well with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills required and do produce good customer relationship skills as well
