ADMIN ASSISTANT

The Job:

You will provide administrative support to the Maintenance team and help manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the department. Your role will involve helping to set up proper filing system and procedures as well as drafting letters and handling enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Diploma preferably in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent with 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and at the same time possess good team spirit
  • Must be keen to learn the technical aspects of construction industry
