System Engineer
Job Description:

· Support sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls and post sales
· Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint
· Act as the main technical resource on sales calls. Answer and educate customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration
· Technical contact for identified accounts for post-sales technical issues and work closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolve customers technical issues
· Assist customers with post-sales training

Requirements:

· BS EE/Computer Science or equivalent
· 3 -5 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
· Solid experience in LAN/WAN/Internet service administration
· Strong knowledge of technologies such as Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Prevention, and AntiSpam
· Good understanding of technologies and protocols such as RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES, dynamic routing
· Experience with encryption and authentication technology required
· Good presentation and project management skills
