Reports Co-ordinator / Inspection Engineer / QA/QC Surveyor Engineer

Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science
3-5 years experience in similar function in oil and gas
Previous experience in NDT, welding, marine sector preferred
Must have good flair in MS office, Project, Visio, Adobe, Autocad added advantage
Good communication skills

Job description:
To ensure that the reports are send to clients within targeted time frame
Liaise with the SBU and Inspectors for required information and modifications
To vet the data presented by the inspectors for the accuracy, completeness before entering into database
Data base report output shall be compiled and integrated to the final package presentation
To compile initial reports submitted by the inspector in logical sequence
To prepare summary, TOC, associated drawings
To compile and ensure other traceability documents in the report are present
To send the printed reports and CDs to the respective clients
Keep track of reporting progress and update
To assist in day to day operational duties as when required
