Team Leader (Data Centre Services) (DCS-08147-LT)
Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of supervisory, administrative and operations-based duties required to assure the proper and timely flow of work
Assist in the training of newly joined computer operators
Supervise operators; assist Support Supervisor with coordination of workflow transition between shifts
Assist in maintenance of operations documentation
Requirements:

Form 5 or above
4 years' experience in Data Center Operation
Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Familiar with Windows environment and Windows applications
Knowledge in hardware and networking is preferred
Strong problem solving and change management skills
7x 24 shift duty is required

Assistant Customer Provisioning Executive
Responsibilities:
Deal with customers for arrangement of service installation and cutover;
Coordinate with internal parties for following up customer service orders.

Requirements:
Secondary education or above;
2-3 years' experience in order processing;
Experience in telecom industry is an added advantage but not a must;
Good PC knowledge and communication skills;
Customer-oriented.
