Senior Strategic Business Support Manager
Responsibilities:
Support operations management in the business decision making process by analyzing operational metrics, presenting operational financial results, evaluating strategic alternatives and new business/investment opportunities in Asia Pacific Region particularly Thailand and China;

Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm¡¦s information systems and industrial processes;

Assist in consolidating and analyzing related market information with risk evaluation on investment products and provide investment strategy recommendations accordingly;

Assist in setting up comprehensive and systematic product platforms and participate in research and development of investment strategies.


Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience with financial modeling and information system design or management preferred;

Masters' degree in operational research, finance, accounting or economics. MBA or CFA strongly preferred;

Excellent analytical skills, basic knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting requirements and good knowledge of major financial products such as stocks, funds, bonds, FX and related derivatives and structured products;

Computer competency in spreadsheet applications and experience in database design and administration is a plus;

Fluent in English. Basic Thai required. French or Spanish appreciated;

Hong Kong based but needs to travel frequently.
