Desktop Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level desktop support (PC hw/sw, network connectivity, emails and office applications support, etc)
- Administration of MS Windows 2000/2003, and Exchange Servers
- Perform basic network troubleshooting
- Documentation of IT inventory, audits and network
- Handle basic network problem determination
- Install and customize MS Windows OS

Pre-requisites:
- Diploma/Degree in IT
- Min 2 years in desktop support for end user environment
- Good experience in PC assembling, hardwares and softwares installation/configurations, network troubleshooting in Windows environment
- Sound knowledge in MS Exchange
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- MCP, MCSE and MCSA Certifications will be advantageous
- PR/Singaporean preferred
