Facility and systems monitoring and provides first tier customer support on 7 x 24 shift basis.
Job Responsibilities
Provide 24x7 Help Desk, Operations and 1st Tier Technical Support
Carry out SmartHand, routing tasks, maintenance and service provisioning, etc.
Support Disaster Recovery drills and invocations
Escalate unresolved problem to upper tier
Maintenance inventory and documentation update
Technical/Functional Knowledge & Skills
Effective communication, good inter-personal skills as well as teamwork.
Discipline, initiative, self-motivate and willing to learn.
Academic Qualification:
Technical Institute/University Graduate
