SYSTEM ANALYST (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)
Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities would be to:
Provide documentation on the understanding of the data migration requirements.
Understand and translate the data migration requirements to designs to enable coding by the team members.
Keep the system/deliverables in scope with the business requirements, resource allocation and schedule.
Update relevant documents on all executed changes in a timely manner.
Mentor/lead team members. Work as part of the team to meet project targets and quality objectives.
Create a Positive Team Environment and coordinate work efforts of each team members in cohesive fashion.
Interact effectively with users at all levels.
Hands-on coding whenever necessary in order to meet timeline.

Requirements:

You should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Have at least 4 years experience in J2EE development and technologies relating to internet & E-business
Experience in team leading for at least 2 projects
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and support the development team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Consistent focus on quality
Have positive attitude to meet new challenges
Must be a Singaporean
