Engineer / Assistant Engineer, Data Centre
The Job

Single point of contact for dedicated customers seeking technical assistance
Proactively monitor customers’ connections utilizing sophisticated network monitoring tools
Provides initial fault isolation, proactive maintenance, status of data circuits, and monitoring of customer network equipment
Ensure problems are satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner with focus on providing a high level of support for all customers
The Person

Diploma / Higher Diploma in Communications Engineering / IT / Computer Engineering or related disciplines
At least 2 years of Data Centre or technical support experience
Familiar with Windows, Linux and UNIX platform
Hands-on experience with Cisco Router / Switch support and administration
Certified CCNA or CCNP is preferable
Understanding of Firewall terminology and technology
Work independently, good interpersonal skills & work under pressure
Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
Able to work a 7 x 24 shift schedule
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
