Global Sourcing Manager

Our client, a Fortune 250 is looking for experienced global sourcing manager to join their team in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

Lead development, implementation, and execution of global sourcing strategies
Develop and implement low cast country sourcing strategy
Establish sourcing operation in Shanghai and Asia
Advise senior executives and functional leaders regarding procurement business opportunities, performance and results
Identify, develop, and manage strategic business relationship to optimally support our business requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor or Master Degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience
Relevant sourcing category experience desired may include IT, packaging, equipment, chemicals, printing, maintenance supplies, etc
Experience developing and implementing international sourcing and export opportunities through low cost countries
Expert knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, best practice negotiation strategies and procurement business processes
Effective communication and executive presentation skills
