Change Management Communications Specialist, Ying Communications

(To be seconded to global resources MNC)

We are looking for a Change Management Communications Specialist on a one-year contract basis to provide on-site internal communications support for an MNC resources company as part of their global SAP implementation communications team. The person should have experience in a corporate or internal communications role for a large MNC with a proven track record in message development and management, rolling out communications initiatives, and change management communications, if possible.

One year from March 2010 to February 2011

Singapore or Singapore PR only

Basic criteria

• Degree holder
• Min five years corporate communications experience, preferably including internal communications and in a global MNC environment
• Strong writing and message management skills
• Experience in creating and implementing internal communications strategies
• Senior stakeholder management skills, ability to advise on best practice
• Knowledge of change management and/or IT (ERP or SAP specifically) a major plus
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
  
  

Job scope:

• Manage the development, coordination and implementation of internal communications strategies, processes and functions specific to the company’s global SAP roll-out
• Develop and manage messaging for various internal audiences and ensure consistency in implementation across business units and countries
• Write internal articles and strategic internal communication presentations as needed
• Serve as internal communications advisor to SAP global implementation team and partner with regional internal communication teams as required
• Establish targeted platforms to deliver overall corporate strategic messaging to employees.
• Act as key member of internal crisis communications team for SAP implementation
