HR Officer

Our client, a leading Dutch Multinational company in the electronics industry, is looking for talented and motivated individuals who enjoy challenges to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing HR administrative support to the business units in the areas of:

  • Creation of new hire data
  • Preparing confirmation and transfer letters
  • Leave and benefits administration
  • Resignation clearance
  • Work pass applications
  • Employment contract renewal etc.

- Any other ad hoc HR administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- Degree in Business/HRM or related discipline with 1 – 3 years’ of relevant HRM experience in manufacturing environment

- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and other Labor Regulations

- SAP experience would be much preferred

- Passion for people, good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees

- Independent, resourceful and self-initiated

- Experience in a Business HRM/Shared service model will be advantageous

Others

- Salary: $2,000 - $2,500

- Location: Toa Payoh

- Working hours: 8.30 a.m. – 6.15 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

- 1 year contract with full set of benefits including bonus (subjected to renewal)
