Pre-Sales Consultant

JOB SCOPE

  • Meet with customers to understand needs, problems, objectives and business pains to drive solution demonstrations that meet key needs
  • Coordinate demonstration events, logistics and technology
  • Assist sales professionals in developing account strategies
  • Communicate sales oriented observations from customer interactions with sales team members
  • Participate in developing proposal content related to application solutions
  • Develop sales support resources such as demonstrations and presentations including industry specific content
  • Provide feedback to product management on ways to make sales and customers more successful
  • Tradeshow/speaking event lead development and demonstrations
  • Develop, demonstrate proofs of concept and evaluations to prospects

REQUIREMENTS

  • A good degree in IT
  • At least 3 years experience selling and deploying technology in a presales role
  • Experience in business software is essential
  • Knowledge of ACL solutions would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with general IT infrastructure and interoperability requirements is key
  • Experience in a team selling, enterprise-level sales environment
  • Good Knowledge of and experience with audit and procurement processes
  • A team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentations skills
  • Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills
  • Strong customer service focus with attention to detail
  • Ability to travel within short notice, Singaporeans only
