Project Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support to the project team, including documentation, data entry handling and projects’ activities
• Assist in project control and reporting
• Coordinate with inter-departments to assure completeness and quality of the applications
• Expect to work in IT environment

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferable in Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience in project administration work with good analytical sense
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates will be also considered
• Immediately available is an advantage
