Senior / Assistant Technical Officer

• Degree or Diploma graduated in Building Studies / Building Services;
• Relevant working experience in interior decoration and building maintenance's field (Preference given to more experienced in related field);
• For Senior Technical Officer, minimum 5 years related working experience;
• For Assistant Technical Officer, nil working experience required;
• Good command of computer knowledge (AutoCad Drawing);
• Matured and work independently;
• Responsible for quoting, site managemnet, co-ordinating, reporting, liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors, site measurement etc.
