International Clinical Research, Asia Pacific, has been established to carry out local trials as well as participate in global clinical development programs. We are based in Singapore, and have Clinical Research Operations in most Asian countries. We are now expanding, and need the following specialist :

SAS Programmer

You will be responsible for data extracts from our EDC system RAVE, conversion of data to SDTM, creation of integrated databases and creation of ADAM data for regulatory submissions.

You create appropriate documentation such as user requirements, programme code, and technical documentation. Furthermore you will prepare SAS programmes/macros for validation of data and assures quality by review programs written by other programmers.

You will work in close co-operation with Clinical Data Managers, Biostatisticians and with colleagues from other departments (in Lundbeck, Regional Medical Centre - Asia Pacific and head office) or partner companies.

Qualifications:

• A relevant academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Programming experience with SAS
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs
• Experience with CDISC preferred, especially SDTM
• Experience with SAS - DI preferred
• Experience with the pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Good team player, and at the same time able to work independently
• Good communication and co-ordination skills and ability to make a decision
• Fluent in English
