IT Support Executive

(Kuala Lumpur - Cheras)
Responsibilities :

• Carry out installation, upgrading/maintenance of hardware’s and software’s.
• Perform all post-sales support tasks
• Perform proof-of-concept installations in customer sites

Requirements :

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in IT
• MCSA/MCSE 2000-2003 Professional certification added advantage
• Proficient in Windows 2003 Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange server 2003/2007
• Skills in Antivirus, Firewall, Back-Up and Networking.
• A team player, possess good analytical, interpersonal, in-dependent, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
• Proficiency in English Language, knowledge of Chinese language an added advantage
