What I’ll Be Doing?
- Support and manage Clients' IT system environment - both hardware & software.
- Lead in system upgrade, new implementation of solutions.
- Support junior engineers in performing 2nd-level troubleshooting.
- Provide basic IT trainings to Clients.
- Communicate with end-users of Clients, including preparation of Technical Incident Reports.
What I’ll Need?
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Server administration, maintenance & setup (Windows OS platform & Microsoft Exchange experience is required). Senior roles are available too.
- Some exposure in an SI (System Integrator) environment is highly desire but not mandatory.
- Strong in English and Mandarin.
- Good people & communication skills.
- Singaporeans and SPRs preferred.
