Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day network/desktop support based at our Hong Kong headquarters, but required to travel to support, audit and extend the IT infrastructure of our local offices around the world.
Job requirements:
- University graduate in Information Technology or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years' of experience in technical support and system development
- Knowledge and experience in Novell Netware and Groupwise is required.
- Additional experience in Microsoft SQL, SoftwareAG/ WebMethods, Sharepoint, Unix Oracle, NetAPPs storage infrastructure and SonicWall VPN.
- Customer centric with excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is preferable)
- Able to work independently and willing to travel frequently.
