Location : Pasir Ris - 5 days
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Sourcing of vendors/Suppliers, negotiation of pricing
- Purchasing of raw materials
- Diploma in Purchasing Management
- 3 - 5 years of Purchasing experience preferably from the Printing industry
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to travel
Salary range : $2000.00 - $2800.00
Position 2 : Asst Purchaser- 5 days
Location : Tuas - Pick up at West zone MRT stations- 5 days
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Sourcing of vendors/Suppliers, negotiation of pricing
- Purchasing of raw materials (telecommunication equipments systems)
- Maintain and updated suppliers' price list
- Keep track of all delivery schedules and shipment dates
- Work closely with service dept, project dept for procurement of products
- Liaise with logistics dept for any defective / replacement of goods
- Diploma in Purchasing Management/Business Management
- 3 - 5 years of Purchasing experience preferably from the Telecommunication, marine electronics industry
- Ability to work independently
- Able to start work ASAP
Salary range : $1800.00 - $2200.00
Position 3 : Purchasers - Technical (Marine) (TC)
Location : Tanjong Pagar - 5 days
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Purchase of spares & stores and arrange for repair/survey
- Preparation of requisition enquiries for spares and provisions.(Marine parts)
- Arrange despatch and follow up on documents sent to ships (Verify and code invoices)
- Checking of invoices for final approval.
- Maintain up-to-date record and files for quick retrieval
- Communicate with the ships and other parties on spares/stores/repairs/survey/registration.
- To co-ordinate the logistics function and order processing for delivery of goods onboard the vessel at different ports/vessel worldwide.
- Assist Superintendent in coordination work and provide admin support
- Liaise with suppliers & port agent for smooth logistic planning.
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/Engineering with 2 yrs related experience in Ship management environment
- Conversant with Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Salary Range: $2500.00 - $3500.00
