Project Managers (Location : West area)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects in accordance to contracts, within budget, time and quality
• Manage customers’ expectation in terms of delivery schedule, quality expectation and project cash flow
• Lead, guide and train project engineers, assistant engineers and site supervisors to manage site works
• Lead and oversee the teams to install, test & commission the lifts
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Review and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for installation and site works
• Ensure project documentation is always in order

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Electrical or Mechanical Systems
• Team player and able to lead a team of Engineers and contractors
• Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities
• Good command of spoken and written English and ability to speak Chinese is a plus
• Computer literacy (MS Projects, AutoCad, MS Office)
• Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Experience in lift industry is preferred
