TBC Solutions Pte Ltd Business Development Cum Account Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be operating at the heart of a business.
Growing your new & existing account by cross-selling and increasing revenue by ensuring customer needs continue to be met. This role is the cornerstone of a dynamic, exciting and challenging sales organisation. Others: You will also be involved in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, Ability to penetrate into new Divisions under the Key Accounts and aggressively pursue in growing revenues. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and customer needs, sales presentations, proposal preparation and closing of sales. A keen knowledge of the company, product & services, and of the industry at large will put you in good stead.

Description:

You are required to target, explore and develop new accounts to achieve sales targets. Challenges include formulating a sound strategy, delivering high quality proposals to customers and engaging customers through presentations and negotiation.

You will have prime responsibility for managing key important accounts by providing outstanding relationship management and advice to the company’s key customers.

Giving presentations on our products and solutions to customers

Preparing business proposals

Working closely with our technical implementation team and our vendor partners in developing solutions for our customers

Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.

Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.

Participate in the development of new project proposals.

Taking on a project leadership role in leading the technical team to ensure that projects are completed on time accordingly to milestones

During Tender period, the candidate is expected to work late

During Sales pitching period for proposal submission, candidate is expected to work over the weekends.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years relevant sales experience.

Experience in the telecom and/or IT industry with broad understanding of telecommunication solutions, software development, implementation, sales marketing and support.

In addition, you must have experience in managing major accounts, driving complex solutions sales and managing a profitable implementation solutions team.

An innovative team player who is revenue aggressive, dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, mature with the determination to succeed in sales.

Prior experience working in telecom service providers will be highly advantageous

Comfortable and with experience in cold calling


Salary range $3,000-3,500 plus monthly performance bonus, year-end bonus, transport and handphone allowances
